Your piece

You can follow every piece you have asked for in the app under Profile: when Jacklyn has replied, when it is being made, and when it is ready or on its way, with tracking. Every piece is made to order and is final sale; if something is not right, write to us and we will make it right with you.

Signing in

There is no password. Enter your email address and we send a six-digit code that lasts ten minutes. If it has not arrived, check your junk folder, then ask for a new one.

Your saved stones and designs

Everything you save stays on your device. Signing in keeps it with you on every device, and anything you saved before signing in comes with you.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Profile, then Delete my account. You can read what we keep and why in our privacy policy.
