A little care.

Natural stones are strong and gentle at once. A few simple habits keep your piece bright for years.

Everyday care

  1. Wear it last

Put your piece on after lotions, perfume and hair products, and take it off before swimming, showering, cleaning or exercise.

  2. Clean it gently

Wipe each stone with a soft, barely damp cloth and dry it straight away. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaners and ultrasonic cleaning.

  3. Store it on its own

Keep your piece in its pouch or a soft-lined box, away from harder jewelry that could scratch it, and out of strong sun and heat.

  4. Handle it kindly

Stones can chip if knocked or dropped. Lay your piece down gently and avoid pulling on the cord or wire.

Especially delicate.

These materials are softer or more porous. Give them the gentlest handling, keep them dry, and store them apart.

Something not right?

If a stone loosens or a cord wears, stop wearing the piece and keep every stone together. Every piece is final sale, and Jacklyn is happy to advise on care.
